Math VR LA respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use our application on the Meta Horizon Store.

Math VR LA is a National Science Foundation-supported virtual reality interactive educational tool designed with a privacy-first approach. We do not collect, store, transmit, or sell personal data.

We do not collect personally identifiable information (PII), including:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Location data
  • Contacts
Local Application Data (Unity PlayerPrefs)

The app uses Unity PlayerPrefs solely for temporary, local data storage to maintain gameplay state, such as saving information across scenes in the application.

  • This data is stored locally on the device only
  • It is not transmitted externally
  • It is not accessible by us or any third parties

3. Voice Features

Math VR LA may include optional voice input functionality for gameplay, such as voice commands.

  • Voice data is processed locally within the application
  • Voice recordings are not stored permanently
  • Voice data is not transmitted, shared, or accessed externally

4. Data Sharing

We do not share any user data with:

  • Third parties
  • Advertisers
  • Analytics services
  • Government entities, unless legally required

5. Data Storage and Retention

  • All data remains on-device only
  • No data is stored on external servers
  • No cloud storage is used
  • Data persists only as needed for app functionality and may be cleared when the app is reset or uninstalled

Math VR LA does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since no personal data is collected, the app is designed to be safe for general audiences.

Because we do not collect or transmit user data, there is minimal risk of data exposure. All processing occurs locally on the device.

Since we do not collect or store personal data, there is no personal data to access, modify, or delete.

9. Third-Party Services

Math VR LA does not integrate third-party SDKs, analytics tools, or advertising networks that collect user data.

Note: The Meta platform itself may collect data according to its own privacy policies. We encourage users to review Meta’s Privacy Policy.
